Listen, I know I’ve been on ghost mode on Facebook lately. It’s been TWO YEARS since I posted on Facebook because back in 2023 I logged on and everyone was fighting like it’s the Hunger Games of opinions. Politics! Religion! Is water wet?! Does pineapple belong on pizza?! (It doesn’t. Please don’t fight me, my nervous system is fragile.)

Some of you filed missing person reports. Others assumed I’d finally achieved my dream of becoming a hermit who only communicates through Excel spreadsheets. A few of you didn’t even notice I was gone, and honestly? Respect.

I went full Eat, Pray, Love, except my version was more like “Nap, Netflix, No Phone” Very transformative. Very spiritual. Much enlightenment. Namaste or whatever. 10/10 would recommend.

But I have returned to restore the ancient prophecy of Facebook: Posting about food and bragging about family. Priorities, people!

My brother opened an Italian restaurant in Plano and it is so amazing that it literally summoned me back from the void.

Christopher Graw really sat down and said, “Let me just casually open the best restaurant in existence,” and then actually did it.

* The Food: Absolute sorcery.

* The Vibe: Immaculate.

* The Atmosphere: Just people experiencing pure, unadulterated joy via carbohydrates.

Go support them. Eat something that makes you forget your Wi-Fi password. Be nice to the staff. Remember what happiness feels like!

Note: Being related to one of the owners does not currently get me free meals, but I am currently in negotiations (harassing him daily).
