Here is the roadmap for the year ahead:

First, hydration. I’m drinking more water, and yes, coffee counts because coffee is basically water with ambition. Sleep hygiene is also on the list—I’m going to bed earlier, not to actually sleep, just to get in bed and think about my life choices. Very efficient.

I’m finishing projects I started in 2023 and 2024, or I’m finally admitting they were never real and stopping the charade. I’m also done buying things I already own in a different color just because “this shade of beige speaks to me differently.”

Fitness-wise, I’m using my gym membership at least once this year so it knows I didn’t ghost it on purpose. We had something special once.

Self-care has been upgraded. I’m napping harder, napping strategically, napping like it’s a performance review metric. I’m also keeping snacks in every bag I own because hunger is not a personality flaw, it’s a scheduling conflict.

Inner peace means being nicer to myself and significantly less patient with nonsense I am also doing fewer things that drain me and more things that involve laughing, sunshine, or sitting down—ideally all three at once.

And finally, I’m maintaining my current level of excellence with what can only be described as shockingly minimal effort. Work smarter, not harder. Or honestly, work exactly the same but with better marketing.

Here’s to growth, snacks, and resolutions that are aspirational but not delusional. 🥂
